Even though in this weeks fiasco of an audiocast we bash twitter, it does have its great sides. The people who run the San Diego Comic Book Convention International have recently signed up for the popular social network and have notified it's followers about availability of more passes to the already sold out celebration.
Despite making this year quite possibly the most crowded Con of them all, it's nice that the committee who runs Comic-Con are looking into options to open this geek mecca to the masses, maybe enticing more geeks to get off the couch and finally pony up for a ticket. And with a supposed convention hall expansion in the works, we will probably see the attendance of Comic-Con reach astronomical numbers. I guess it's true. The GEEK shall inherit the earth.
@Comic_con Comic-Con is sold out HOWEVER we are exploring the possibility of making a limited number of passes available 2 weeks before the show.
